How is commission calculated?
Your tier rate times the customer's monthly subscription. If a Pro customer ($198/mo) signs up under your link at the Power tier (20%), you earn $39.60 every month while they stay subscribed. A Scale tier referral ($3,498/mo) at Legendary (40%) pays you $1,399/mo. Renewals always pay at your CURRENT rate, so as you climb your existing referrals get more valuable.
When do I get paid?
Request payout any time your cleared balance crosses $100. Commissions clear 30 days after the customer's first charge (covers refund window). Paid via PayPal within 5 business days of approval.
What if a customer refunds or churns?
Refunds in the 30-day window: commission clawback. After 30 days: you keep what you earned, future months stop. We never claw back paid-out money.
What's the cookie window?
Starts at 90 days at Starter, climbs to 365 days at Legendary. First-touch attribution - whoever's link they clicked first gets the credit.
Can I be an affiliate AND a paying customer?
